ANNA KOVA is an independent Ukrainian jewelry brand founded by designer and jeweler Anna Zhukova in 2019.
We work with asymmetry, irregular lines and forms found in nature — creating jewelry distinctive enough to transform a simple look, yet easy to wear and style.
Every design begins with an original form shaped by hand specifically for ANNA KOVA.
FORM
We follow the asymmetry found in nature
Anna creates the first forms by hand. She works with wax, takes impressions from natural surfaces, or simply watches how a material moves and stops at the moment when an accidental shape feels beautiful.
The Ripple earrings began this way. Anna poured wax onto a surface again and again, then chose one silhouette from dozens of unexpected forms. Instead of correcting it into perfect symmetry, she kept the direction created by the flowing wax as part of the design.
From there, the jewelry work begins: adapting the form until it looks right on the body and feels natural to wear.
WEARABILITY
sculptural, made to be worn
We are drawn to unusual forms, but we don't make jewelry that requires an entire outfit to work around it.
Every design is tested on the body — its scale, movement, proportions and the way it works with clothing.
ANNA KOVA jewelry can be worn with a white shirt, a T-shirt, an evening dress or against bare skin. One distinctive piece can be enough to change the whole look.

Behind every piece is a person
Anna defines the direction of each collection, creates the first prototypes, and decides which experimental forms become part of ANNA KOVA. From there, our jewelry team in Ukraine takes over the production process.
A form may be asymmetric and a surface irregular, but the craftsmanship must be precise.

our jewelry is designed and produced in Ukraine in small quantities, with each piece finished by hand.

MATERIALS
We work primarily with 925 sterling silver, natural baroque pearls and stones.
Silver can be polished, repaired and remade. No two baroque pearls are exactly alike — their natural variations become part of each individual piece.

PRODUCTION ETHICS
Most of our jewelry is made after an order is placed rather than produced in large batches in advance. This allows us to avoid excess stock and make only what is actually needed.
Silver left over from production can be melted down and used again.
