Order Processing

We offer both ready-to-ship pieces and made-to-order jewelry.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
This timeframe applies unless a different processing time is clearly stated on the product page.

Orders are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We ship worldwide.

Shipping carriers are selected based on destination and logistics efficiency and may include:

  • Ukrposhta (international shipping)

  • Nova Poshta (Ukraine and selected international destinations, including Poland, Canada, and the USA)

Carrier choice depends on the destination.

Some shipments may be sent without tracking, depending on the carrier and service level. When tracking is available, it will be provided.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or external factors.

  • Europe: 10–14 business days

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • Asia: 14–21 business days

Delays of several weeks may occasionally occur and are outside our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer fixed-rate shipping and free shipping thresholds:

  • Ukraine: Free shipping on orders over 3,000 UAH

  • International orders: Free shipping on orders over $300 USD

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country

Customs authorities may contact the recipient directly for payment or additional information.


Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • failure to collect the package,

  • incorrect address provided by the customer,

  • refusal to pay customs fees,

the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement shipment only after an official investigation and confirmation by the shipping carrier.

We are not able to issue replacements or refunds before the carrier’s investigation is completed.


Packaging

All jewelry is shipped in gift-ready, protective packaging, designed to keep your piece secure during transit.
